great family fun but some things need a little sprucing
The pools are a blast and keep the kids entertained for hours. The location is perfect—just steps from the beach and a quick drive to all the fun spots.
The phone situation in the room was a bit of a head-scratcher.

Had an awesome stay for her vacation, appreciated staff and food. The staff was awesome, I'm grateful for their help. The room was exceptionally comfortable and outstanding and had an excellent view of the beach.

The room was decent sized and newly remodelled with a beautiful view and TV screen. The entire staff were more than helpful. Its location in Myrtle Beach was good, just next door to the lazy river, Close to Starbucks and had parking.

The beach access is fantastic. The parking is convenient and the area is close to some fun attractions.

Wonderful pet-friendly hotel, its service and staff were amazing. The room was recently refurbished with comfortable beds. Actually everything was awesome, my next choice again in Myrtle Beach.

The room was very close to the beach, which was fantastic for the kids. They had so much fun playing in the sand. The bed, however, felt like laying on a rock—comfort was a real issue. The bathroom had weak water pressure, and the sink stopper didn't stay up. I noticed stains on surfaces and a strange smell lingering throughout. The balcony lacked privacy, surrounded by other guests. The facilities, like the pool and hot tub, were nice, and the breakfast options, including Starbucks, were a plus. The check-in process was frustrating with the seven-digit code.

Perfectly positioned for beach fun and nearby attractions!
I absolutely loved how close this hotel was to the beach, making it super easy to take leisurely strolls along the shoreline and soak up the sun, plus it was just a short walk to the boardwalk, with tons of attractions like the Myrtle Beach SkyWheel and Ripley's Believe It or Not right around two kilometers away; you could even find great dining options just a few steps away, like New York Prime or Starbucks! The pool facilities were fun, and the customer service was great, but the parking situation could be improved as it was quite challenging to find a suitable spot for larger vehicles.
